A. Look for a psychiatrist, or try turning your electronics off, for at least 30 minutes before trying to sleep, it's even better if it's totally dark.
B. Try to do some warm ups and not carry a lot of weight.
C. You should wash your teeth better, try not to it so many chunky food and fast food
D. You should see a psychiatrist, but try to see things more realistically, and remember, communication is always important.
E. Drink some tea, take some rest for 2 day at least, go easy on the domestic tasks and you can have a pain killer if your head hurts.
F. Use moisturizers daily, 3 times at a day. Do not take hot showers, drink water and let it fresh.
