Resposta:
if a person suffers from the violation of human rights, the whole population suffers too, so they should:
- don't buy illegal weapons
- teach about human rights at school or even at home
- not practice social exclusion in every way
- ensure means for the smaller groups to become visible to the community where they are inserted
p.s: i don't know if it's right because i studied human rights two years ago
